From Garden to Altar

Sr Elsie and the Charlestown Community Garden created a beautiful display celebrating the Season of Creation.

Sr Elsie Gilmartin created a beautiful display in front of the altar at St James’s Church, Charlestown, for the Mass celebrating the Season of Creation. Fresh fruits and vegetables from the Charlestown Community Garden, established in 2017, were included in the display, highlighting the dedication and hard work of the local gardeners.
