Walking in Faith, Running in Joy
As part of the Jubilee Year celebrations, the Basilica of Guadalupe hosted the 1st Archdiocesan Race, Pies en Camino, on Sunday 30 March. The event brought together people of all ages, walking and running united by faith, with all proceeds going toward the construction of a home for older priests of the Archdiocese of Mexico.
Sister Norma and Sarai joined the pilgrimage, with Sarai running 10 km and Sister Norma walking 3 km. Both described the experience as a joyful journey, a true pilgrimage in which everyone felt accompanied by Jesus on their way to the house of La Morenita. The morning was filled with energy, hope, and a shared sense of purpose, celebrating faith in motion.
