THREE WOMEN, ONE “YES”

The name we bear tells something of who we are. As Marists, we bear the name of Mary and seek to imitate her as we follow Christ. It was fitting, then, that on 12 September, the Feast of the Holy Name of Mary, three young women gave their “yes” to the Lord in Dakar.

We rejoice and congratulate Sisters Émilienne, Madeline and Claire on their First Profession and assure them of our continued prayer as they begin their Marist mission. May Mary’s “yes” sustain them in their daily commitment to follow Christ and inspire them as they live their vocation in her name.
