Inspired by Marist History

From 27–29 July, Sr Mariana Tevurega shared her knowledge and passion for Marist history and spirituality with the aspirants of the Marist Fathers. The days were filled with learning, reflection and lively discussion as the aspirants deepened their understanding of our shared Marist heritage and the vision that continues to inspire the Marist Family today.

Sr Mariana returned home each day full of excitement, having experienced the enthusiasm, creativity and energy of her students. One aspirant summed up the experience beautifully: “Get inspired before you chase your dreams!”

Through sharing the stories, spirituality and vision of our Marist beginnings, Sr Mariana helped inspire a new generation to discover the richness of our common heritage.
