A Missionary Heart Returns Home

Our Sisters in Davao joined the Society of Mary–District of Asia, in expressing heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Patrick “Fr. Pat” Muckian, SM, as he concluded 32 years of generous missionary service in the Philippines.

Fr. Pat is deeply loved for his gentle, humble presence, his pastoral simplicity, and his unwavering commitment to prison ministry, where he accompanied the persons deprived of liberty with respect, dignity, and hope.

As he returns to Ireland, we give thanks for his missionary life, his fidelity, and the quiet, steadfast Marist presence he embodied among those he served.
