A “YES” THAT BEGAN IN BELLEY
On Sunday 6 September , the community in Belley had a special Mass celebrated in the “First Chapel” to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the day the first Marist Sisters pronounced their vows. Each of us in turn recited the text of the 1826 Consecration and offered this time of prayer for the entire Congregation. The picture of the community frames the memorial plaque of this special event.
The celebration continued with a wonderful meal and the sharing of the new Marist Calendar prepared for the promotion of Marist vocations.
