Let Justice and Peace Flow
The Season of Creation runs annually from September 1 through October 4.
During the “Season of Creation” the Sisters in the Unit of Australia came together to pray and reflect on their relationship with God the Creator and all creation. The theme for the Season of Creation 2023 was “Let Justice and Peace Flow” and the symbol is “A Mighty River”.
Along the river they placed a lantern and a copy of “Living Laudato Si as Marists.” After prayer there was an opportunity to continue the conversations over afternoon tea which had been prepared by members of the Social Justice Reflection Group.
