Walking in Prayer for a Just Nation

Penitential Walk Against Corruption

Responding to the call of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), dioceses across the country united in prayer and solidarity by walking together and praying the Holy Rosary for the nation.

The Diocese of Davao encouraged all the faithful to participate in this act of faith and social conscience—to walk and pray the Rosary as a plea for honesty, integrity, and justice among government leaders, and to stand against corruption at all levels of society.

At around 3.30am on Saturday 25 October, our Marist Sisters Community in the Philippines joined the Penitenital Walk Against Corruption organised in Davao City.

Well done Sisters!
