“Peace with Creation” at Raiwaqa

At Raiwaqa, the sisters joyfully prepared the chapel and a larger front-room display to celebrate the Season of Creation, reflecting this year’s theme: “Peace with Creation.”

Every element tells a story. Brown and green fabrics represent death, life, and new growth, while water, stones, and earth highlight the beauty and balance of our natural world. Pot plants, some thriving and others fading, gently remind us of life’s delicate rhythms and our call to care for creation at every stage.

Setting up the display became a moment of prayer, creativity, and reflection—a time for the community to renew their commitment to living in harmony with the environment.
