Anne McCabe is enjoying her first visit to Fiji. Here she describes the photos below:

1. Beautiful garland received from Marist School Lami (with Mariana M) where I spent a lovely morning encouraging the children to continually ask WWMD..... What Would Mary Do?

I loved the story about the statue..... how, when a huge tree crashed to the ground the image of Mary remained undamaged......nestled in the space between two huge branches.

2 Gathering of Marist Laity Group Lami at the Christian Meditation Centre..... Sisters Torika SM and Denise SMSM are part of this wonderful group...... as are many other SMSM sisters.

3. The Women’s Prison where Sr Marlene visits.....

4. St Teresa’s School Ba where our Sisters used to teach ....and Mother Foundress was awaiting our arrival....

5. The very creative, charismatic headteacher (Anne on the left and Marlene on the right) is eager to remember and celebrate the Marist Sisters’ presence. The image of the foundress marks the place the convent stood.
