Launching of Laudato Sí Programme for Schools

Marist Sister, Anne McCabe, has designed a Programme for Schools to promote the teaching of Pope Francis as stated in his encyclical, Laudato Sí. During this month of October the programme has been launched in Manchester. Anne has run session for teachers, introduced the concept to parish groups and addressed assemblies of children. From all accounts, the programme has been very well received. Teachers feel encouraged to continue and develop what they have already begun and are particiularly grateful for the guidance in incorprating prayer and action. The photos show Anne with school and parish-based groups.
