Compassion in Action
Health Mission
The health network of CIRM (Conference of Religious Institutes of Mexico) convened a day dedicated to health care, accompaniment, and attentive listening in the community of San Martín de Zula, Jalisco, an initiative that coincided with the 2025 World Day of the Poor.
This mission was carried out in solidarity with families who had been affected by the overflow of a river, which caused significant difficulties for many households in the area. Religious men and women who are professionals in the field of health offered their services, providing medical attention, support, and a compassionate presence.
Among those who participated was our Sister Nayeli Méndez Serrano, who joined others in responding generously to the needs of the community, reflecting a shared commitment to serve those most vulnerable.
