A Time of Communion and Renewal

Celebrating 60 Years of the CRB (Conference of Religious Brazil)

Srs Maria Herosina Gomes Rodrigues and Maria de Fátima Gomes da Silva (Caruaru) took part in the CRB (Conference of Religious Brazil) Assembly in Recife. They described it as a privileged moment of encounter, sharing, and communal discernment. This year’s gathering was especially meaningful as it celebrated 60 years of the CRB’s life and mission—a milestone marked with gratitude, memory, and renewed commitment.

Throughout the assembly, members of the community were able to reflect on the current challenges of religious life, pray with others, and strengthen bonds of communion with congregations from across the region. It was also a valuable opportunity to renew their hope, rekindle their commitment to mission, and restore their energy to continue serving with joy and enthusiasm.

Their participation in the assembly reaffirmed the Sisters’ desire to continue building paths of fraternity, solidarity, and prophetic presence wherever they are called to serve.
