Balay Banaag Celebration

Balay Banaag, located in Davao City, has been serving the community since 2010. The Marist Sisters assumed management of the centre in 2018. It is a residential centre dedicated to the care and support of female children at risk.

On the Feast of the Visitation of Mary, we celebrated both the 14th founding anniversary of Balay Banaag and the 7th anniversary under the administration of the Marist Sisters.

Fr. Chris Ganzon, SM, officiated the Mass and reflected on the reasons we visit places or people. He also reminded us that today’s celebration was especially meaningful for three reasons: to share our faith, express our gratitude, and rejoice in the joy of community.
